Lynnea Morano is the founder of Made for More, a marketing service and consultancy built for brands and founders who know they’re capable of more and want a thoughtful partner to help them grow with intention.

Inspired by her faith, Made for More reflects Lynnea’s belief that God creates each calling with purpose, and that business can be a way to serve others while stewarding the gifts we’ve been given. Her passion is helping founders bring their vision to life and build businesses aligned with the deeper “why” behind why they started.

Her career began in retail, where she developed a deep appreciation for human connection.

She went on to build hands-on experience within scaled, high-performance organizations like Chick‑fil‑A, where she worked across operations and marketing, supporting localized campaigns and revenue growth.

Lynnea later brought that people-first, operator-minded approach into franchise development at Fransmart, helping emerging and growth-stage brands scale through strategic marketing. Her work has included close collaboration with brands such as PayMore, supporting rapid expansion across the U.S. and internationally by elevating franchisee stories and building trust at scale.

Entrepreneurship runs in Lynnea’s background, inspired by her father’s journey building a successful print marketing business of his own. Made for More was created from that foundation and a belief that business should be built with purpose, integrity, and care for the people behind it.

Today, Lynnea leads Made for More alongside a team of marketing generalists who build flexible, data-informed strategies tailored to each brand’s goals. The approach is simple: meet brands where they are, partner closely, and help them bring their passion to life.
